Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Ensure you include the product's original packaging and all mini cans (excluding samples), along with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days.

If the outer packaging(not the express box) is damaged during shipping, this is normal and should not affect the quality of the mini cans inside.

If the mini cans themselves are damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference (refer to question 2 for the return process or check our return policy for more details.).

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.

Yes! The mini cans are made from polypropylene (PP) and can be recycled in  yellow bin. Just check the bottom of the mini cans for the '5' symbol.

Each mini can of coffee can be kept for up to 12 months. Please refer to the best before date on the packaging.

Mini cans are individually packaged to keep the coffee fresh and moisture-free. The freeze-dried coffee powder is sensitive to dampness. Single-serve packs are convenient to carry and help distinguish different flavors and roast levels.
